I'm on the lookout for my next big project. If you or your organization needs one of the following roles filled, I'm your guy.

  • Graphic design — I've pushed pixels, points, and paths for as long as I can remember. I got my BFA in graphic design from East Carolina University and have applied my skills to publications, brands, websites, applications, videos, and illustrations across a number of industries.
  • Product design — Good software requires more than just pumping out Figma boards: You need a solid grip on UI/UX, design systems, user research, user flows, information architecture, development workflows, pitching to leadership, as well as experience with actual graphic design. Having spent 12 years as a product designer, I'm equipped to build applications that are as delightful as they are useful.
  • Front-end dev — I made my first website in the mid '90s on Geocities. Thankfully, I've upskilled since then: 16+ years of experience with HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JS; three years with React and Typescript. I developed this portfolio by hand, alone, and without AI.

Full-time positions are preferred, but long-term contracts are acceptable.
